Is your food business aware of the allergen law deadline?

A recent survey has shown that most food businesses are still unaware of the new food allergen law that impacts on every food business from Dec 2014 this year.

The new legislation, the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation 1169/2011 becomes law from 13th December 2014. The UK enforcement regulations “The Food Information Regulations 2014” were made on 14 July and laid in Parliament on 15 July 2014.
