Infestation leads to closure

The former owner of an Indian restaurant has been told to pay more than £5,000 after EHOs uncovered a rat infestation in the kitchen, just a few feet away from diners.

An emergency closure order was made on the Taste of India, in Sackville Road, last July following an inspection by Rother DC.
