A country pub in Surrey has been fined more than £10,000 after pleading guilty to a number of food hygiene offences.
EHOs found that management had not taken ‘adequate measures’ to prevent contamination of food by pests. The kitchen and equipment were found to be dirty and in poor condition, and there was evidence of inadequate cleaning and disinfection.
